These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Nogie Tech Limited, a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria under RC number 9187243, with its registered address at 21 Osehenaye Street, Ishior, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria (“Nogie Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
This Site is provided to describe Nogie Tech Limited, our services, and how to contact us. It is informational in nature. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services; any actual engagement is governed by a separately agreed proposal, statement of work, or contract between Nogie Tech Limited and the client.
